The State of AI-First Operations 2026 is PagerDuty’s annual benchmark study exploring how organizations are evolving digital operations, building operational resilience, and adopting AI. I transformed complex research, data, and business insights into a polished, editorial-style report focused on visual storytelling. I designed the layouts, data visualizations, charts, infographics, and supporting graphics, using strong visual hierarchy to make the information clear and engaging. The result was a cohesive, visually compelling publication that brought the research to life and made key findings easy to understand.
